This highly transparent, food-grade polypropylene (PP) roll material, suitable for fully automatic positive and negative pressure thermoforming machines, is a preferred material in the food packaging industry. In terms of molding compatibility, this roll material perfectly matches the processing requirements of fully automatic positive and negative pressure thermoforming machines. It is compatible with thicknesses ranging from 0.12 to 2.0 mm and a sheet width of 700 mm, enabling precise positive pressure, negative pressure, and combined positive and negative pressure molding processes. It is compatible with integrated punching, cutting, and stacking assembly lines, achieving a material utilization rate of up to 95%, helping businesses reduce costs and increase efficiency.
