The opaque properties are achieved through precise proportioning of light-blocking components, effectively blocking sunlight, ultraviolet rays, and other light sources, preventing oxidation, decomposition, and other deterioration reactions caused by light exposure, thus extending the shelf life of the pharmaceuticals.

The key thermoforming parameters need to be controlled as follows: preheating temperature 120-160℃, preheating time 20-40s, and molding pressure 0.3-0.6MPa. Within this parameter range, it can quickly soften and set, precisely conforming to the contours of various pharmaceuticals (such as tablets, capsules, and granules), forming a tightly fitting packaging cavity, ensuring packaging airtightness and preventing the intrusion of external moisture, dust, and other impurities. At the same time, the material complies with relevant national standards for pharmaceutical packaging materials, is free of heavy metals, harmful plasticizers, and other prohibited components, and poses no migration risk when in contact with pharmaceuticals. Its safety has been rigorously tested and verified.
