Black matte halogen-free flame-retardant environmentally friendly PC sheets and frosted PC rolls are widely used in electronic products such as membrane switches, control panels, nameplates, helmets, face shields, toy models, and dials for various instruments.
Halogen-free flame-retardant materials meet environmental protection requirements and will not harm the human body during use.
The flame-retardant effect of halogen-free flame-retardant materials reaches UL94-VTM0 level. They serve as insulation and electronic shielding in various electronic and electrical products, such as power supply shields, insulating partitions, aperture plates for optical products, and fire-retardant labels.
Balancing durability and processability: PC material itself is known as "bulletproof plastic," with high mechanical strength, strong impact resistance, and long-term use in a wide temperature range of -60℃ to 120℃. It has good dimensional stability and low water absorption and shrinkage. It is also easy to thermoform, die-cut, bend, and emboss, meeting the needs of making complex-shaped face shields or precise-sized instrument dials. In addition, the frosted surface offers scratch resistance, anti-slip properties, and reduces glare, making it suitable for control panels, window lenses, and other applications.
Common specifications: The thickness of frosted PC rolls is relatively flexible, typically ranging from 0.125 to 1.0 mm, while frosted PC sheets have a wider thickness range, extending from 0.3 mm to 2 mm. Different thicknesses are suitable for different applications. For example, 0.75 mm sheets are suitable for membrane switch panels, 1 mm sheets are suitable for various instrument panels, and 2 mm and above can be used for electronic device housings. Rolls usually have fixed widths (such as the standard 0.375 mm × 930 mm), but we also support custom sizes upon request.
