Raw Material Selection:
PVC Resin: This is the main raw material. A variety with good processing performance and stability should be selected according to product requirements.
Functional Additives: These include pigments and color masterbatches, antioxidants and UV stabilizers, flame retardants, etc., which can be added according to the product's color, anti-aging, and flame retardant performance requirements.
Production Process:
Raw Material Preparation and Mixing and Melting: The PVC resin and various auxiliary materials are mixed in proportion and then placed in a mixer. Through mechanical shearing and heating, they are thoroughly mixed and reach a molten state.
Extrusion and Cooling: The molten PVC material is extruded into a strip-shaped film by an extruder, and then rapidly cooled by a cooling device to increase the stability of the film.
Stretching, Drying, and Coating: The cooled film can be stretched to change its physical properties, then dried to reduce moisture content. Coating can also be applied as needed to enhance the film's wear resistance and anti-aging properties.
Winding and Quality Inspection: The coated film is wound into rolls using a winding machine, and strict quality inspections are performed simultaneously, including appearance, thickness, and tensile performance testing.
Production Equipment:
Core Equipment: Includes extrusion calendering machines and blown film machines. Extrusion calendering machines process PVC resin into film through extrusion and calendering processes; blown film machines heat and melt plastic particles and then blow them into film.
Auxiliary Equipment: Includes rolling machines, printing machines, back coating machines, and cutting machines, used for rolling the film, printing patterns, back coating treatment, and cutting the film, respectively.
Transparent Rigid PVC Sheets
Characteristics: Made of high-density polyvinyl chloride material, it has good transparency and hardness, and is lightweight and not easily broken, making it safer and more convenient than traditional glass.
Specifications: Thicknesses usually include 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, etc., with various sizes available. It can be cut according to needs, with common sizes ranging from A4 paper size to 122cm × 244cm. Applications: Widely used in handicrafts, packaging, advertising, and education, it can be used to make picture frame glass substitutes, clothing cutting templates, display stands, and more.
