The PET/PE packaging film is manufactured through advanced dry lamination or extrusion lamination technology, ensuring strong adhesion between the PET and PE layers. The PET base layer provides structural stability, excellent puncture resistance, and good barrier against oxygen and light, while the PE heat-sealing layer offers easy processability, strong sealing strength, and good chemical resistance. The film features a smooth surface, uniform thickness, and consistent physical properties, adapting to various packaging processes such as heat sealing, printing, die-cutting, and bag making. It is available in different specifications (thickness, width) and can be customized with additional treatments like matte finish, glossy finish, or anti-fog coating to meet specific application needs.
