Polystyrene sheet for thermoforming purpose

Polystyrene (PS) has a series of advantages such as hard texture, high rigidity, excellent electrical insulation, good fluidity, wide processing temperature, easy molding, easy coloring, good printability, and high transparency.

Polystyrene is also widely used in daily necessities, such as bowls, dishes, cups, and disposable lunch boxes, all of which are fast-moving consumables. However, due to the "white pollution" problem caused by polystyrene disposable consumables, PS is not suitable for use in this aspect. The amount of plastics used will gradually shrink, thus bringing vitality to biodegradable plastics.

Due to its high transparency, polystyrene can be used in transparent sheets, heat shrink packaging films, biaxially stretched PS sheets, and packaging and storage containers for candy.
