Features
Puncture resistance: PA (polyamide) has good mechanical properties, high tensile strength and good toughness, which gives PA/PE top film excellent puncture resistance, which can effectively prevent film damage caused by contact with sharp objects during packaging, transportation and storage, and protect the food in the package.
Medium barrier effect: PA has a certain gas barrier property, which can block the penetration of gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, and delay the oxidation and deterioration of food; PE (polyethylene) has good water vapor barrier property, which can prevent the loss of water in food or the entry of external water into the package. The combination of the two makes PA/PE top film have a medium level of barrier performance, which can meet the quality assurance requirements of general food packaging.
Transparency: The conventional thickness of the top film is 0.1-0.2mm, and it has high transparency, which can clearly show the appearance, color and shape of the food in the package, allowing consumers to intuitively see the condition of the food, and increase the attractiveness and purchasing desire of the product.
Food-grade safety: It complies with food packaging safety standards, does not release harmful substances into food, and ensures the safety and hygiene of food. Compatibility with thermoformed APET/PE tray bottom film
Heat sealing performance: The PE layer of the PA/PE top film and the PE bottom film of the thermoformed APET/PE tray have good heat sealing performance. Under appropriate temperature, pressure and time conditions, they can achieve a firm heat seal to form a sealed packaging environment to prevent food leakage and the entry of external contaminants.
Compatibility: The PA/PE top film and the APET/PE tray have good material compatibility. The two match each other in terms of physical properties and chemical stability. During storage and transportation, the interaction will not cause the packaging performance to decline or the food quality to be affected.
