Black PP (Polypropylene) thermoforming sheet is a high-performance plastic processing material made from food-grade or industrial-grade polypropylene resin as the base material, mixed with high-quality black colorants, anti-UV agents, anti-aging additives, and other functional modifiers, then produced through processes such as extrusion, calendering, and cooling. It is specifically designed for the thermoforming process—by heating the sheet to a thermoplastic state, it can be shaped into various three-dimensional products using molds (such as vacuum forming, pressure forming, or plug-assisted forming), and maintains stable physical and chemical properties after cooling and setting.

It has a wide thermoforming temperature range (typically 140-180°C) and good ductility when heated, allowing it to fit complex mold shapes tightly without cracking or whitening.
