Production process

Lamination process: PET film and PE film are compounded by dry compounding, extrusion compounding or solvent-free compounding, so that the two are closely combined to form a PET/PE cover film with good performance.

Printing process: Printing is performed on the compounded PET/PE cover film. Usually, the surface of the cover film is first corona treated or coated with a pretreatment agent to improve the adhesion of the ink, and then the selected printing process is used to print the pattern and text. After printing, it is dried and cured to ensure that the ink is firmly attached to the cover film.

Heat sealing process: According to different application requirements, the printed PET/PE cover film is cut into suitable sizes and shapes, and then the cover film is heat-sealed with the container mouth on the heat sealing equipment by controlling the heat sealing temperature, pressure and time parameters to form a sealed package.
