Features
Good formability: PS/PE sheets have good thermoforming properties and can be molded into various shapes such as blisters, trays, boxes, etc. after heating, meeting the diverse design requirements of cosmetic outer packaging.

Production process
Co-extrusion process: PS and PE are melted and extruded into sheets of required thickness and width through co-extrusion equipment at high temperature. This process can form a good bond between PS and PE layers, ensuring the stable performance of the sheet.
Thermoforming process: The PS/PE sheet obtained by co-extrusion is heated to a softened state, then placed in a mold, and made to fit the shape of the mold by vacuum adsorption or pressure molding. After cooling, a molded cosmetic outer packaging container such as blister packaging and trays can be obtained.
Application scenario
Blister packaging: used to package single or multiple cosmetic products, such as lipstick, eye shadow, blush and other small-volume products.
