We offer high quality extruded HIPS (High-lmpact Polystyrene) plastic sheets for thermoforming, vacuum forming, pinting, cutting, and more. These sheets offer exellent impact resistance and making them ideal for a wide range of applications, and easy to form and mold.
Available in various thicknesses and custom colors to meet specific project requirements.
Lightweight: HIPS has a low density (1.04-1 .06 g/cm3), making it easy to handle and transport.
Eco-Friendly and Non- Toxic: This material is environmentally friendly and free from harmful substances.
Excellent Formability: HIPS exhibits great plasticity, allowing easy shaping and customization. Its processing temperature is approximately 150-180℃, and its heat deflection temperature is around 96'C.
Good Impact Resistance: With a tensile strength generally between 20 to 50 MPa and an elongation rate of 35- -60%, HIPS sheets provide good impact performance.
ldeal Applications: Perfect for creating thermoformed tray packaging, display fixtures, and disposable food packaging materials for beer drinking cups, plates,serving platters, utensils, etc.
